Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Vazpio (“Vazpio”, “we”, “us”) collects through vazpio.com, why we collect it, how we use it and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Vazpio is a business development services firm operating in India. For any question about this policy, or about data we hold on you, contact sanket@vazpio.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you selected and the message you wrote.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server and network logs generated when your browser requests a page — IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request. These are handled by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies. If we later add privacy-respecting analytics, we will update this policy and name the tool here before it goes live.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and have a commercial conversation with you.
- To prepare a proposal or quote you have asked for.
- To keep a record of our correspondence for business and legal purposes.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Who else can see it
We use third-party services to operate the site and communicate with you. Each processes data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Web3Forms — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
- Google Workspace — our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy as well as ours.
We do not sell personal data. We share it with others only where the law requires it, or where you have asked us to.
WhatsApp and outreach consent
Using the WhatsApp button on this site, or ticking the consent box on the enquiry form, tells us you are happy to be contacted about your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp. That consent covers the conversation you started — not bulk promotional messaging.
You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or emailing sanket@vazpio.com. We will stop contacting you and note the request.
Our own business development outreach follows the same principle: if you ask us to stop, we stop, and we keep a record so it doesn’t happen again. We operate consistently with India’s telecom commercial-communication regulations, including DND preferences, and we do not send bulk unsolicited promotional messages through WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while the commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards — normally up to 24 months — unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are legally required to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and what we’ve done with it;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Email sanket@vazpio.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to people at Vazpio who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here.
