Services  /  Dedicated BD Pod

Managed team · C2H / C2C

A business development team that feels like yours.

A named pod — researcher, SDR capacity and an account manager — working your pipeline every day. Managed, trained and replaced by us. Reporting to you as though it sat in your office.

What a Dedicated BD Pod actually is

You get committed daily capacity on your pipeline: people who know your offer, use your language, work to your qualification criteria and are accountable for the same numbers an internal team would be.

What you don’t get is the overhead that normally comes with that. No hiring cycle, no ramp-up you pay for, no attrition risk landing on your desk, no stack of data and calling tools to licence. If someone leaves the pod, that is our problem to solve, not yours.

Engagements can be structured contract-to-hire, so that a pod member who works well can eventually move onto your payroll if you want to bring the function in-house later.

How it works

What you get

  • The podA named account manager plus research and outreach capacity sized to your pipeline, not a shared pool rotating between clients.
  • OnboardingWe learn the offer properly — positioning, objections, pricing logic, competitors, what a bad-fit customer looks like — before any outreach goes out.
  • Daily executionResearch, sequencing, outreach and reply handling run every working day, at a pace agreed with you.
  • Your tooling or oursWe work in your CRM if you have one, or bring our own stack if you don’t. Either way, the data stays yours.
  • ReportingA weekly operating report: accounts touched, conversations opened, qualified meetings booked, what changed in the messaging and why.
  • Account managementOne person you call. They own the relationship and the numbers, and they tell you when something isn’t working.
  • Contract-to-hire optionA pod member who fits your business can transition to your payroll on agreed terms.

Best for

This is the right model if…

  • You need consistent BD activity rather than bursts between delivery crunches
  • Hiring, training and retaining SDRs internally is more cost and management than you want to carry
  • You have the capacity to take several qualified meetings a week
  • You want one accountable owner rather than a vendor sending activity reports
  • You may want to bring the function in-house eventually, and want a path to that

Questions

Before you ask us

How is this different from hiring an SDR?

An internal SDR is a fixed cost from day one, takes weeks to ramp, needs a manager who knows how to manage outbound, and leaves with all the context when they resign. A pod gives you the capacity and the management, and absorbs the replacement risk. The trade-off is that you have less direct day-to-day control, which is why the account manager relationship matters.

Do the pod members work only on our account?

The capacity you contract for is dedicated to you. We size the pod to the pipeline rather than spreading one person thinly across several clients.

Whose CRM and tools do we use?

Yours if you have a CRM you like — we work inside it. If you don’t, we bring the stack and hand over clean, exportable data. You own the records either way.

What does C2H / C2C mean here?

Contract-to-hire means a pod member can move to your payroll after an agreed period. Contract-to-contract means the engagement stays with us. Both are available; the choice affects commercial terms, which we’ll walk through on a call.

How quickly can a pod start?

Onboarding is the gate, not staffing. We need enough time to learn your offer properly before outreach begins — rushing that produces conversations you won’t want.
