These terms govern your use of vazpio.com. They do not govern any engagement between Vazpio and a client — that is covered by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Using this site

You may read, share and reference the content here. You may not copy it wholesale for a competing commercial offering, scrape it at a volume that degrades the service, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.

What the content is, and isn’t

Everything on this site is provided for general information. Descriptions of our services outline how we typically work; they are not an offer capable of acceptance and they do not form part of any contract. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed individually and set out in a written proposal and agreement.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is a guarantee of commercial results. Business development outcomes depend on factors outside our control — your offer, your market, your pricing and your own sales process among them.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation. Please don’t send us confidential or sensitive information before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Intellectual property

The Vazpio name, logo, wordmark, site design, copy and graphics are owned by Vazpio. You may not use the name or the mark to represent yourself as associated with, endorsed by or acting for Vazpio without written permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — for example to WhatsApp or a scheduling tool — those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vazpio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
